We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a piece isn't quite right, we accept return requests within 14 days from the date of delivery or purchase, subject to the safety and quality conditions outlined below.

1. General Return Eligibility

To qualify for a successful return and full refund, items must be returned in their original, showroom-ready state. The item must be:

• Unopened & Unpacked: Completely sealed in its original factory packaging.

• Uninstalled: Items that have been assembled, built, or installed are no longer eligible for a return.

• Resalable Condition: The item and its packaging must be free of any damage, wear, or markings.

2. Non-Returnable Items (Hygiene Policy)
