By accessing or using our website (bahoointerior.com) and ordering our products or custom services, you (the “Customer”, “User”, “Client”) agree to be legally bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. LEGAL ENTITY & JURISDICTION

1.1. This Website is owned and operated by Bahoo Interior FZE, a free zone enterprise registered and established under the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE). 1.2. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates and the specific local regulations of the Emirate in which the business operates. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the UAE.

2. CORE SERVICES & SCOPE OF WORK

2.1. Bahoo Interior FZE specializes strictly in the sale of premium indoor and office furniture, as well as customized interior fit-out services including, but not limited to, customized cabinetry, premium flooring, and false ceiling installations. 2.2. Product Categories: The website separates its inventory into two categories:

  • Readymade Furniture: Pre-manufactured retail pieces sold as seen on the website catalog.
  • Custom Made Furniture & Services: Made-to-order furniture configurations and on-site structural fit-outs (flooring, ceiling works) tailored to client dimensions. 2.3. Exclusions: The Company deals exclusively with furniture, millwork, and interior finishes. We do not sell, supply, integrate, or warrant any consumer electronics, electrical appliances, or white goods.

3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION & ACCURATE DATA

3.1. To purchase items or request service proposals, users may be required to register an account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete details during checkout or registration. 3.2. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. PRICING, PAYMENTS, & TAX STATUS (NO VAT)

4.1. All prices displayed across our platform are in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED). 4.2. VAT Status: Please note that Bahoo Interior FZE is currently not registered for VAT under UAE tax laws as per current threshold regulations. Consequently, no Value Added Tax (VAT) will be added to your order, and the prices displayed at checkout are the final gross amounts due. No tax invoices will be issued. 4.3. We accept payments via approved secure credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), bank transfers, or other formal payment gateways integrated into our platform. 4.4. Payment Schedules for Custom Work: For custom-made furniture, false ceilings, or flooring projects, a minimum advance deposit (typically 50% to 70%) is mandatory to initiate production or material procurement. The remaining balance must be paid prior to delivery or immediately upon installation completion, as specified in your service contract.

5. DELIVERY & FREE INSTALLATION POLICY

5.1. Delivery Area: Delivery and installation services are offered across specified regions within the United Arab Emirates. 5.2. Free Installation Policy: To guarantee maximum structural integrity and user safety, Bahoo Interior FZE provides 100% Free Professional Delivery and Installation by our trained team for all items purchased directly through our platform. We do not offer or authorize self-assembly options for furniture or structural projects. 5.3. Site Readiness: For both readymade deliveries and custom interior structural works (flooring/ceilings), the Client is strictly responsible for ensuring that the site is entirely clear, accessible, and ready for our installation team at the agreed-upon date and time. 5.4. Approvals & Permits: The Client must obtain all necessary building approvals, building management/developer NOCs (No Objection Certificates), and gate passes prior to the delivery or installation date. The Company will not be held liable for delivery delays or aborted trips resulting from missing building clearances.

6. CUSTOM ORDERS, MEASUREMENTS, & AMENDMENTS

6.1. Client Specifications: For bespoke furniture setups, flooring, or false ceilings, work is carried out based on measurement logs agreed upon during the consultation phase. Once a custom production roadmap or architectural design layout is approved and signed off by the Client, the order cannot be altered, canceled, or refunded. 6.2. Color & Texture Variances: Because our projects utilize premium commercial-grade materials, minor variances in natural wood grain, veneer texturing, fabric dye lots, or stone shades may occur. These natural characteristics are not considered structural manufacturing defects.

7. CANCELLATION, RETURNS, & REFUNDS

7.1. Readymade Products: Standard readymade catalog items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the date of delivery, provided they remain completely unused, unmarred, and are accompanied by the original retail invoice. 7.2. Custom Work Exclusions: In accordance with UAE Consumer Protection directives regarding custom-made products, all custom furniture fabrication, flooring projects, and false ceiling installations are strictly non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable once raw materials are cut or production has commenced. 7.3. Refund Processing: Approved refunds for qualifying readymade items will be credited back exclusively via the original payment method utilized during purchase and may take up to 7–14 business days to process depending on bank clearings.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

8.1. All content, images, furniture sketches, website structural layouts, icons, graphics, text, and digital assets published on bahoointerior.com are the exclusive intellectual property of Bahoo Interior FZE and are fully protected under UAE and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. 8.2. Users may not copy, extract, reproduce, modify, republish, or exploit any materials from this website for commercial or competitive use without prior written authorization from the Company.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

9.1. Bahoo Interior FZE will not be held liable for any incidental, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website, structural delivery delays caused by force majeure, or third-party venue complications. 9.2. While we maintain premium, robust hosting configurations to protect our platform, we do not warrant that our digital domain will remain completely error-free or uninterrupted at all times.

10. AMENDMENTS TO TERMS

10.1. The Company reserves the complete right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at our sole discretion without prior notification. It is the User’s responsibility to periodically review this page for structural updates. Your continued use of the website following any revisions constitutes full legal acceptance of those modifications.
