• Unopened & Unpacked: Completely sealed in its original factory packaging.

• Uninstalled: Items that have been assembled, built, or installed are no longer eligible for a return.

• Resalable Condition: The item and its packaging must be free of any damage, wear, or markings.

2. Non-Returnable Items (Hygiene Policy)
